This Privacy Policy explains how GreenFox International LTD collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit greenfoxintl.co.uk, create an account, place an order, contact us or join our newsletter.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
The data controller is GreenFox International LTD, company number 14977137, registered office at 86 Fielding Street, Middleton, Manchester, England, M24 6BG.
Privacy enquiries: contact@greenfoxintl.co.uk.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use our website, we may collect:
- identity and contact information, including your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address and telephone number;
- order information, including products purchased, customisation instructions, order value, delivery status, refunds and customer-service correspondence;
- account information, including login details and order history;
- payment and transaction information. Card details are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout; we do not normally receive or store your complete card number;
- marketing information, including newsletter consent, subscription status and your interaction with our emails;
- technical and usage information, including IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed and interactions with the website;
- information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, sending photographs, requesting a custom product or submitting feedback.
3. How we use your information and our lawful bases
We use personal information only where we have a lawful basis under UK data protection law:
- Contract: to process payment, manufacture or prepare goods, fulfil and deliver orders, provide account features, handle returns and communicate about your purchase;
- Legal obligation: to keep tax and accounting records, respond to lawful requests, prevent unlawful activity and comply with consumer-protection requirements;
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure and improve our website and business, prevent fraud, understand performance, answer enquiries and establish or defend legal claims, provided your rights do not override those interests;
- Consent: to send GreenFox marketing emails where you actively subscribe, and for non-essential cookies or similar technologies where consent is required.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Orders, payments and delivery
We use your order information to complete your purchase and provide customer service. Payment information is transmitted securely to the payment provider offered and selected at checkout, which may include WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay or another provider displayed to you. Those providers process information under their own privacy notices.
We share the information necessary for delivery with postal, courier, fulfilment and shipping-service providers. We may also share necessary details with professional advisers, insurers or fraud-prevention providers where appropriate.
5. Newsletter and direct marketing
If you join the GreenFox Insider List, we use your email address and consent record to send product news, offers, surveys and opportunities to help shape future GreenFox products. Our mailing-list service is MailPoet.
Subscription is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email or by contacting us. We keep a minimal suppression record where necessary to make sure we respect an unsubscribe request.
We do not sell your personal information or provide your details to unrelated organisations for their own direct marketing.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies for functions such as the basket, checkout, security, account login and remembering privacy choices. With your permission, we may also use analytics, advertising or social-media technologies to understand visits, measure campaigns and improve our services.
You can accept, reject or change non-essential cookie choices through the cookie settings available on the website. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although some shop functions may then stop working correctly.
7. Who receives your information?
We may share information only as necessary with trusted service providers acting for us, including:
- website hosting and technical support providers, including IONOS;
- WordPress, WooCommerce and Automattic services used to operate the store;
- payment providers selected during checkout;
- MailPoet for newsletter subscriptions and email delivery;
- couriers, postal and shipping-management providers;
- analytics, security, fraud-prevention, advertising and consent-management providers where enabled;
- accountants, legal advisers, insurers, regulators, courts or public authorities where required.
Service providers may use personal information only for the agreed service or as permitted by law.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use legally recognised safeguards where required, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including legal, tax, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements. Order and transaction records are generally retained for up to six years after the relevant accounting period or longer where a legal claim or obligation requires it. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer used, subject to a minimal suppression record.
10. Security
We use appropriate organisational and technical measures designed to protect information from accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No internet service is completely risk-free, but we review and improve our protections where appropriate.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exemptions, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal information;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion or restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests and always object to direct marketing;
- request transfer of information you provided in a portable format;

Our shop and newsletter are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.
